The cornerstone of our business has been, and will continue to be , customer service. Each of our divisions have a customer service staff that has one task, to keep our customers coming back by providing service that exceeds their expectations.
We strive to provide the best customer service in all of our locations, and throughout our organization. We have the people, the computer technology, and the best fleet of trucks and skilled drivers in the industry. At every level of our company we are dedicated to the customer, and to provide the best service, the best follow through, and the best products in our markets. We have given our people the tools to provide this service, from computer access to live inventory too a logistics system that identifies where every truck is located. Our drivers know the product, know the customers, and take pride in providing whatever services or help is necessary at the time of delivery.
Everyone knows the first job we all have is customer service, and that goes to the CEO down to every person in our company. The best products and the best service is the only guarantee of our success in this competitive business, and our simple motto, “we will exceed customer expectations” is part of the core and fabric of our organization, and always will be. We provide late night ordering for our Chefs, and 30 experienced on the road salespeople to cover their every need. We have buyers dedicated to providing what the customers want and need, and a large group of associates that are available for customer service issues and problems all day long. Our entire management team supports our customer service and sales initiatives, and everyone is simply “at your service”.
